You may have noticed some changes over the past few months on the Prairie Girls website.  We continually strive to find better ways to serve our customers, one of which was to find a more quilter friendly website.

With the addition of our newest partner and my fiancé, Rick, the changes will be humorous and innovative.  While Rick has not yet sat down at a sewing machine, he does enjoy talking with our customers and knows more than you might think.  Rick is the master behind the scenes doing the marketing, web development and computer work.  He also answers the phone, ships orders, and maintains the website data and, he COOKS!

Rick will tell you that I love to talk, and enjoy talking to each and every one of our customers.  If I don't have the answer, I will try to find it for you.  Customer service is a top priority, so do not hesitate to e-mail or call us.  I love putting quilt combinations together, helping with color choices and patterns!

If you find you need fabrics from the last 10 years, I have been known to raid my personal stash to facilitate customers wishes.

Prairie Girls was a brick & mortar storefront for 10 years, and an online store for the past 3 years. I have been sewing clothes since junior high and started seriously quilting in the early nineties.  I also have done embroidery work and love working with wool.  Mostly I enjoy helping people with their projects and seeing the end results.  We would love for you to share your projects with us.

Rick and I look forward to hearing from you!
