The World’s Supposed to End Today, so We’ve Expanded Our Clearance Section!
Posted by Rick on 5/21/2011 to Quilting

I guess you’ve all heard about it on the news, today, May 21, 2011, the world will come to an end. I don’t think so, but it never hurts to be prepared. I usually consult my parrot, Bernie, on such important issues, and he thinks the guy that came up with this prediction is a nut-job.

But again, best to be prepared. So, it’s in this spirit that I convinced Sweet Pea (you know her as Michelle) that we ought to fill up our clearance bin so y’all can get some great deals before the big event! Throw caution to the wind sort of thing. Sweet Pea must agree, because the fabric she’s placing on clearance is top-shelf stuff!

Now, this is going to play out one of two ways: If the end comes, we’ll have gotten your money, but you won’t get your fabric. Or, in the more likely event, the end does not come; you will come out smelling like a rose by taking advantage of the greatest prices ever! (And you WILL get your fabric)

To sum it up; if you miss out on these deals, it just might be the end of the world!
